  • How do I get a reward for completing a task?

    Complete the conditions specified in the task card (e.g., deposit or trading volume). Once finished, click the "Claim" button to move the reward to the "My Rewards" section and activate it.

  • Where can I see my vouchers and their statuses?

    All your rewards are available in the "My Rewards" tab. You can find your active vouchers there, those in the queue (Queued), and your history of used rewards.

  • What is the Reward Hub?

    The Reward Hub is a special program within the PointPay ecosystem designed to reward both new and existing users. By completing simple tasks—such as registering, making a deposit, or reaching a certain trading volume—you can earn rewards like Trading Fee Vouchers.

  • How do I start earning rewards?

    It’s simple! Navigate to the "Reward Hub" section in your account. There you will find a list of available tasks.

    • New Users: Look for the "Registration Bonus" and other welcome tasks.
    • All Users: You can participate in regular tasks, such as depositing 25+ USDT or reaching a trading volume of 25+ USDT.
  • What kind of rewards can I get?

    Currently, the primary reward is a Trading Fee Voucher. Once claimed, this voucher automatically compensates you for trading fees incurred on the platform. The compensation applies to each trade until the total value of the voucher is exhausted.

  • I completed a task, but the reward status is "Pending." Why?

    If a task is marked as "Completed" but your voucher is "Pending," it means the reward is currently undergoing a validation process. This is a standard security check to ensure all conditions were met.

    How long does it take? Usually, validation takes a few hours, but in some cases, it may take up to 48 hours. Once validated, the button to claim your voucher will become active.

  • How do I claim and use my voucher?

    Once your reward status changes from "Pending" to "Claimable," simply click the Claim button. The voucher will be activated immediately, and your future trading fees will be covered by the voucher balance.

  • Do my rewards or vouchers expire?

    Yes. Generally, each individual task and voucher has its own expiration date.

  • What should I do if a task didn’t register as "Completed"?

    First, double-check the specific requirements in the task description (e.g., did you meet the minimum net deposit of 25 USDT?). If you are sure you met the criteria and the status hasn't been updated within an hour, please contact our support team at support@pointpay.io.

  • Can I transfer my rewards to another user?

    No. Rewards and vouchers are linked specifically to your unique account ID and are non-transferable. This ensures the security of the ecosystem and prevents fraud.

  • Who is eligible to participate in the Reward Hub?

    To participate, you must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) and reside in a region where such programs are permitted. Please note that PointPay reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) before releasing high-value rewards.

  • Can I create multiple accounts to earn more rewards?

    No. Creating multiple accounts ("Sybil attacks") to farm rewards is strictly prohibited. Each user is permitted only one (1) unique account. Violating this rule will result in disqualification from the program and the cancellation of all earned rewards.

  • Are there fees for claiming rewards?

    While the rewards themselves are free, please be aware that standard blockchain network fees (gas fees) may apply if you withdraw assets related to your activities. However, the Trading Fee Voucher itself is designed specifically to save you money on PointPay platform commissions.
