By browsing, accessing or using the PointPay website https://PointPay.io, by creating an account in PointPay ecosystem and/or by downloading or using the PointPay mobile application, you hereby agree with the present Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"). The Terms shall be a binding legal agreement between Point Pay LLC (the "Company", "we", "us", "our") and you, a natural or legal person, user of PointPay website and/or mobile application (the "User" or "you"), each a Party, and, collectively, the "Parties".PointPay reserves the absolute right to amend, modify, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion, without any obligation to provide prior or subsequent notice to users. Such modifications shall take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform or communicated through any other means deemed appropriate by PointPay. Users acknowledge that continued use of the platform following any such amendments constitutes their full and unconditional acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with any amendment, you must immediately discontinue your access to the PointPay website and/or mobile application and stop using all the services offered by the Company. Users agree to regularly review these Terms to remain informed of any changes. Retroactive application of amendments is permitted, especially in matters relating to fees and compliance obligations.

As with any asset, the value of Virtual assets can fluctuate significantly and there is a material risk of economic loss when buying, selling, holding or investing in Virtual assets. You should therefore consider whether trading or holding Virtual assets is suitable for you in light of your financial circumstances.

You should read the Legal Disclaimer, and specifically ASSUMPTION OF RISK and LIMITATION OF LIABILITY, however it does not explain all of the risks that may arise, or how such risks relate to your personal circumstances.

We do not recommend that any Digital Asset should be bought, earned, sold or held by you. Before making the decision to buy, sell or hold any Digital Asset, you should conduct your own due diligence and consult your financial advisor. We are not responsible for the decisions you make to buy, earn, sell or hold virtual assets, specifically including, without limitation, Virtual Assets and PXP Token(s) based on the information provided by us, including any Losses you incur arising from those decisions.
